I got a new mouse after my old one was broken, so it’s update time again! Finally I was able to finish this mixed update with wishes from SP-Studio fans:

sword on the back (contest wish)
Fullmetal Alchemist uniform (contest wish)
red curtains as a new foreground
native American feathered headdress

Pharaoh costume

Today’s update is inspired by history:
With the new hat, beard and jewelry you can dress up your SP-Studio characters as an Egyptian Pharaoh. You can even rebuild the famous death mask of Tutankhamun by seletcing a golden skin tone.
And another classic costume is already in the making, so it will be online in time before Halloween :).

Update: Metroid & HALO… and a vote

blog_version4.09_03 After some Sony related videogame items my new update is based on the two biggest Action heroes from Nintendo and Microsoft: Samus Aran (Metroid) and Master Chief (HALO)!
It took me a while to draw those detailed costumes, but now their iconic body armor and helmets can be found in the SP-Studio and I hope you like them.
There will be one more “videogame costume update” in about a week, but this time you decide what I should draw. Cast your vote in the sidebar!

SP-Studio Christmas Special 2012

This is the fifth annual Christmas Special! From December 1 until December 24 a new SP-Studio object will be revealed every day. Hair-styles, bodyparts, clothes, toys, background pictures… 24 surprises! So keep an eye on the Advent Calendar to be up to date:

Update: Hat improvements

This SP-Studio update might seem small, but it took me some time and needed to be done. Some of those things were on my list for a very long time. I fixed the “hats” category:

Nearly every hat with custom colors can use the whole palette now (100 colors).
This did not work for the first 5 hats, because they are more colorful. But I added new styles for them.
I added the option to flip more hats. Every hat where it makes sense should be flipable now.
Fixed an old error with the Football helmet and Professor Chaos mask.

Seven fashionable new hats are waiting for you! Bowler, tophead, shower / surgeon cap, New Era cap, women’s hat from the 20s, black hat with a veil and golden hair decorations. And I forgot to mention a small update from earlier this month: Three “freestyle collection” shirts.

SP-Studio Christmas Special 2011

Like in the last three years I prepared a big Christmas Special for you. From December 1st till December 24th there will be revealed new SP-Studio items every day. You can see the whole Advent calendar here or follow on twitter, Google+ or Facebook. I hope you enjoy those surprises! Spread the word if you want to support the SP-Studio :). Let’s start with a nice marching drum. Additionally I fixed an annoying bug with the colors of makeup and fashion accessories.

And as usual you can make your own suggestions as well. What’s your wish for new SP-Studio items? No matter if it’s your own hair style, celebrity clothes, a toy, a hat or background. Tell me about it!
