This wish is a bit difficult to include because there are three different types of masks and I don't want to spam the SP-Studio with them. Any idea how to make it work with only one item? Is there a favorite?

I don’t think you need to make masks with any of the symbols above. What you need to do is simply making a mask that covers the entire face. As for the symbols, you can click “insert symbol” and select (Asian Text) in Font and Geometric Shapes in Subset. Then you can find those shapes in the box below.
Then you can copy the symbols to paste them as “Text” on shirt before move them onto the mask
