It's supposed to be an ostrich plume, a very popular accessory in rococco fashion, ladies wore them in their powdered wigs, gents wore them in hats.

So today I decided, to make portaits of all Warhammer 40K Primarchs. For those who don't know, Primarchs are slightly modified clones of God-Emperor of Mankind, who's Geneseed gave start to the original 20 legions of Adeptus Astartes, AKA, Space Marines, genetically engineered superslodiers. We will be starting with traitor sons of the Emperor:

First, we have Magnus The Red, Primarch of Thousand Sons, Champion of Tzeentch.

Next is Angron, Primarch of the World Eaters, champion of Khorne.

Next we have Mortarion, Primarch of Death Guard, Champion of Nurgle.

Last, we have Fulgrim, Primarch of Emperor's Children, Champion of Slaanesh.
