Well, I've got two of them myself. Normally they do the job perfectly fine. And I have them with me all the time. So I guess I won't need assistence in this area so soon.

At the moment, I am trying to draw hands which so far I haven't really specialized in. But there are often things I draw which don't make a complete picture, so over time I might post various drafts.
For a start, here's a first hand drawing:

Oh, after Baby Fozzie I would have guessed that's Baby Piggy.

Then you could pick one of the most popolar topics of the past. The number of participants seems to decline already, maybe that would give the contest a boost again.

Starship Troopers?
Indeed!

Paul/Tony Maroj This comment isn't in any way related to my Pop Culture Quiz. There are already so many ways you can raise attention for your own pictures. Please do not spam this thread. Also, I haven't seen that many Disney movies, so I don't care much for the villains portrayed in those films.

I'd like to establish a new rule: So that everybody here on the forum has a chance to take part in the quiz, you're allowed to make one guess within 24 hours unless anybody else has made a new guess in the meantime. Multiple guesses within one post are also against the rules.
Here's the next movie. The director's the same as in the last movie but here he returned to the field of sci-fi where he had some of his biggest successes. For some reason this one wasn't such a big hit in its original run in the theatres but it has become a cult film over time.
What movie could this be?

I don't get the Disney reference, but you're right about Basic Instinct.

No, not quite.

To me the snake looks about right, size-wise. In SP-Studio not everything is always perfectly to scale, anyway. You could pose the snake's head out of frame and then use its tale to let Slimey crawl on the edge of Oscar's trash can.
But your picture already looks great this way. It' s only a little detail that came to my mind.
-
I think Slimey is missing.

Generally, it's okay to open multiple threads, but if each one only contains a single post, things will quickly get confusing. You could create a thread like "All my Avatar characters" or "My Disney-inspired pictures". You can also rename existing threads.

We just had the October contest with many gory entries, so I'm a bit confused. Cartoon animals falling from cliffs or getting run over by cars or the like are such an old trope that I didn't think this could cause controversy.
-
Why? Is that to dark of a topic?

To get a quick idea how a certain concept might look like, I often create a collage of objects that already exist or that I can easily modify. Technically, even my complete pictures are collages, only more elaborate ones.
In any case, this is a first visualisation of what Captain Tanada might look like sitting in his office when he is not needed on the bridge.
But keep in mind this is still work in progress.
