I made the so called paper textures on FireAlpaca! Here’s a tutorial

I once created similar textures with Photoshop. But I use older programme versions which don't seem to have such a convenient way to import them.
What if your texture file is smaller than the object you want to colour? Does the pattern get extended automatically?

You can always resize the paper textures on adobe animate or any program of your choice.

Well yes, of course I could. But I'm wondering if your programme does it on its own. In the tutorial it seems a bit like Animate CC does so. Do you use Animate?
Anyway, by looking for this feature I already discovered something new in my programme.

Animate CC is cool.
But also quite expensive. Do you use it a lot? Do you create videos with it?

I mainly use Animate CC to create South Park fan stuff and yes, I do create videos with it.
