Wow I love your avatar! how did you do it? could you do it for me?

I can't find a good avatar! but I guess my signature rocks!

What I would definitely change is that when I upload a avatar picture I can only have a picture format of 27 KB or in those lines!
I'm having a real hard time finding a good picture with that format!
I don't know much about this topic but if you guys can change this I would really appreciate it!
