Hey guys 
As some of you know, I'm in a punk band called Bending Over Backwards.
We recorded 13 tracks for our debut album, "Flying High," and we're going to release it to the public at our CD release show this Saturday, September 26th.
A friend of ours does a podcast, and did a radio show...with a sneak peek of 5 songs off of our album!!!! (And some songs that we also like/inspire us as musicians.)
