Hmmm, could you give us a hint?
Broken action figures (I spent 90% of my childhood gluing them back together)...
8.5/10. One of my favourite movies of 2014, only behind Boyhood, Guardians of the Galaxy and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. The film has such an incredible atmosphere. I last saw it a few months ago so I don't remember an awful lot but damn, it had some really emotional scenes like
when Cooper watches the 25 year old footage of his daughter and discovers she's now the same age as him...;_;
It's my second favourite Chris Nolan film, behind The Dark Knight...
fuck Matt Damon in that film!
Also, personally, the scene when Cooper gets stuck in the black hole for me was absolutely terrifying. Like, I've had nighmares and shit about being stuck in time loops and seeing that on screen really got creeped out
I'm guessing no one else knows who that is, so...can we move on?
Er, I'll just try and keep the ball rolling...
Yup, gotta go with San Andreas. It had everything, really: fun characters, good radio stations, the best map in the series, a great range of cars, amazing multiplayer (the unofficial ones anyway), insanely fun missions and a good storyline...
Most overrated band?Quote from Janina
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
It's a summer of blockbuster sequels and I am not sold on most of them yet. Independence Day 2, Jurassic World, Terminator genisys, Avengers 2, Sinister 2 (yes, I kind of liked the first one)... I WANT Jurassic World, Sinister 2 and the new Terminator to be good, but have bad feelings about them after watching the Trailers. And I am not as interested in superheroes like the Avengers, Ant-Man or the Fantastic Four as in Batman. I am sure Avengers 2 is a fun movie, but I hope Batman v Superman will be unique and something different.
I find it kinda sad how literally none of the upcoming blockbusters this year are original films. Last year was the same, but at least we had Interstellar...
(also, by the way Dawn of Justice comes out in Spring 2016, not this summer... )
I love the new Batsuit, it's in my opinion, the best batsuit in any Batman film...
Christ, he looks genuinely scary...
Superman (1978) was one of the most significant and influential films of all time. Whilst Batman influenced a lot of the darker superhero films of today, without Superman, superhero movies would probably never reach mainstream popularity...
So yeah, probably Superman...
Which David Fincher film was better: Se7en or Fight Club?
Granted, you get 10 seconds to answer 1000 questions or you fail....
I wish that they don't fuck up Batman vs Superman...
Someone edited the tattoos out and it looks a lot better...
Use this thread to discuss all movies in the new DC Extended Universe (Suicide Squad, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, etc.)...
BATMAN VS SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE
Anyway, the main reason I'm posting this is because of the first image of Jared Leto as the Joker in the Suicide Squad...
So, for those who haven't seen it yet...
Just watched Shaun of the Dead for the one millionth time and I can truly say it's the most flawless comedy ever made...
8/10, far better than what I originally anticipated to be honest...
Drag Me To Hell?
Alright, so this is a rather simple game.
Person A says two movies and asks which one was better, Person B then answers the post above and then does the same as Person A and the cycle repeats...
Person A: Pulp Fiction or The Room?
Person B: The Room. (may explain his decision if he/she wishes to)
The Godfather or Goodfellas?
You get the picture.
So, which was better... Inception or Interstellar?
I'm guessing no one here has seen it. Since this thread often gets dead for a while if someone mentions a film that not many here have seen, I've added a new rule: If no one responds to a movie after 7 days, we just move on.
22 Jump Street?
Granted. An Idiot Abroad: USA, With a Brand New Cast!
I wish SP Studio was the most popular website in the world...
