Eminem is very good at what he does, no question. But he's not the Messiah. He's just a very naughty boy.
You sly fucker. I was actually about to post that until I hit the reply button. But go check out some OutKast, Deltron 3030 or even some De La Soul or Run DMC if you want some good rap.

To be fair, I didn't really like that particular song in the first place. And the performance wasn't actually all that bad (no matter how damn corny that intro speech is), he's a little off key at some points. But hey, not everybody can have Paul McCartney's range. The attempt at a falsetto around 3:50 is pretty laughable though. The guy has talent, you have to give him that, he's just a bit of a smug cockass with an awful fanbase (and an even worse group of haters). If you don't like him... Well... Let it be.
Also, shouldn't Santana be dead yet? The mixing was awful when he entered.

Those are actually pretty good! I'd like to see a Mr Popo picture.

Hey, you guys aren't bad; you had a good groove going there and you look really comfortable on stage which is a major obstaxle for a lot of young, new bands. I've never been much of a Floyd fan post-Syd Barrett, but I do like that song, and that was a decent version.
You're a long way from sucking though. You were in tune and on-beat, nothing wrong at all that a few months of regularly singing at high volume for a couple of hours at a time wouldn't fix. Singing is 90% confidence anyway, and it looks like you've already got that down. Everything else is just icing.
Well, John Paul Jones is one of the best bassists of all time but even he wasn't above grooving on one note for almost the whole song once in a while.
That you do.
Thanks for the compliments and advice man, that means a lot coming from you.
I'm assuming we had gotten over the whole "nervous" part since this was our 4th gig and the last song of the set, so I'm actually really comfortable on stage whenever I get up to do the occasional song at an Open Mic Night. And that Zep song is wicked, I was actually just listening to that album today. -

He was in the audience at one of our open mic nights a couple of years back. He was there for hours, being really chatty with everyone and generally awesome. He didn't play though.
I'd have killed to see him do the Time Warp in a pub. -

It's a tie between 2 songs for me.
Stop the Dams by Gorillaz - It's simple and actually pretty underwritten, but for some reason it just brings out so many emotions in me.
or
Dear Prudence by The Beatles - By no means a complicated song, but again, it just makes me pretty emotional. I'm just a sucker for "cheer up you fucker, everything's pretty damn good" songs. -

Anything LMFAO have ever done.

Umm, I suppose I should post a video of me playing.
This was with my band (which I left since the drummer was a complete dick-end), we were supporting a band at a local pup (this band hadn't even played a gig yet, this was our 4th and last, I believe). I'm on bass and lead vocals (singing every 1st line). I'm not much of a singer though, but this was our best performance.

I wish I had a video with me playing more complicated stuff, I only really have to play 6 notes in that song excluding fills. Also, I do a sweet Waters-esque pig squeal around the 3:50 mark.

It's getting to be quite the celebrity hangout.
Since I've worked there we've had Richard O'Brien
You had Riff-Raff in your pub? Nice! -

Holy shit. You're 14? I'm 19 and you're way more mature than me...

I doubt that. The fact that everyone seems to be shocked is rather amusing and humbling in a way. -
