Here's something I worked on Lately in LDD: A Barbarique/Ottoman Pirate Galley, called Al-Zephiir.
I just wanted to build something oriental, and I decided it to be a ship. Note the brick built Latin sails, patched and stitched with colourfull "cloth"....

Another shot, of the prow. Note the anchor winding Mechanism, and elaborate figurehead:

Yet another shot, of the Crow's nest. (I know It's simple, but it's supposed to be like that....
)

The Captain's bridge:

And Captain Suleiman Ibn Azarbad, aka Suleiman One-Eyed, himself. At the helm is his First mate, Ackbar the Shady, the leader of Assassins (the Ninja-Like figures you might noiticed....
)

That was all made in 'Lego Digital Designer'?

WTF... this would take hours, no, days for building someting so good in LDD. I hate it.
LDD, not your model

Wow, I just wanna start off by saying I think it's epic that there are LEGO-fans here as well
I have collected LEGO since I was... I dunno, 4, maybe 5. I bought and received so many sets when I was young that, at the moment, I literally have no idea where to put it all.
I do still collect, however. Though I limit myself to Star Wars.
Except in April/May the new Super Heroes theme will arrive, which includes Superman (my all time favorite superhero) and LEGO from the upcoming movie The Avengers

They are coming...

By the way... the Hulk looks... great!
-
Yep, shouldn't be long now.
Can you buy them in Spain, yet?The Hulk looks great indeed, they all do. But my favorite is Iron Man
-
-
Hm, yeah.
I expected as much. From what I know, there are some stores in the U.S. that have them, but that's about it.
The Batman and Superman LEGO is on sale since January, though, in the U.S. and U.K.
I really don't think that's fair -

Yesterday I saw the first boxes in a shop. They had both 'Marvels' and 'DC Comics'. There were minifigures sets and a bigger version like the bionicles of Batman, The Joker and Cpt. America.
The minifigs of Captain America and Batman... weren't really nice...
Catwoman...
Wolverine was finebut hadn't the hood. The face and hair were really good.

-
Yeah, the prices suck </
It makes sense, though, considering it's a license and everythingCool that you have them there. We got them here too now
Though not the Captain America-set yet, or the Bionicle- versions.
We do have the large Helicarrier set (with the Hulk) and the Quinjet -
New minifigs at home.
Last Saturday I saw an offer of the series 7 for 1,90€ (I've seen the series 6 for 2,40€ each >( )... and Tarzán (jungle boy), the Piper and the Black Knight came to home.
They join the Highlander and the Roman Legionary from series 6.Total account: 23 minifigs from bags. 11 Star Wars characters. 5 from legoland and old sets, plus 3 'primitives'.
From the future series 8 I'd like to get the diver and the 'conquistador'. The Lederhosen guy is funny but I'd prefer it with a jar of beer instead of a pretzel...
