Contest 06/2025: Your Own Superhero

Join the new contest! After the last topic turned out to be a bit too complicated I picked something free and easy from the topic poll.

Invent your own superhero!

This contest is for OCs (original characters) only, which means no "famous" superheroes like Batman count. Upload a picture of a superhero or heroine you made up yourself. It can be an old OC you created in the past or you can come up with something special for this contest. A superhero can be somebody with superpowers or who is just good in fighting evil. You can just show a cool costume idea, but if you want to explain your character's backstory you can do this as well. The comments of your uploaded picture are a good place for this, because there is more room for text than in the title.

Please remember: You are only allowed to use the SP-Studio, so do not edit with additional software (no cutting, drawing or filters). Don’t resize your picture. Of course it must be your own creation.

Rules for uploads: When you upload your picture, please add a fitting TITLE (your superhero) and your NAME! Use the same name for all your uploads. Names like anonymous, idk or me are not allowed. Too many use them.

Jury members are not allowed to talk about what their pictures are before the voting phase is over.

The rules are as always:

1. CREATE a SP-Studio picture about the topic of the month
   
2. UPLOAD your unedited picture until the 20th
   
3. VOTING will start on the 21st (jury votes count x2,5)
   
4. THE WINNERS will be announced at the start of next month

The vote has ended, but I have a crazy week and don't know when I will find the time to announce the winners and start a new contest. It's not helping that it's the hottest day this year so far (in Germany)... I avoid sitting in front of the computer as good as I can. 🫠

I just want to let you know that I did not forget about the contest. The winners will be announced as soon as possible!

Unfortunately I had no time last week and then my vacation started and we had eight friends over for a couple of days. But now I am back!

It was an exciting fight between Supernova and Radioactive Man, but in the end Alexander's winning streak was broken by Le Fiou! By the way: Le Fiou was already with us when the SP-Studio picture contests started back in 2010. But let's not forget the others, because there were many creative superhero ideas in this contest. Jareen and Rodrick share the 4th place with the same amount of points.

STATS:

This time there were 30 pictures in this contest. From 43 uploads 13 were disqualified:

5 were no SP-Studio pictures

4 were double entries by the same person

4 were disqualified for different reasons - mostly for not matching the topic
