On top you find detailed guides about how to solve the most common loading errors. Below them you can submit a report in case these tips did not solve your problem. The bug report asks for all important details we need to know to be able to find the cause of the error. Usually when I got messages about bugs they did not include enough information, so this is why this new form became necessary. Of course you can still ask for help here in the forum. But if nobody can help you around here please use the new form so I can collect all bug reports in one place.
The new bug repoort page is linked from the SP-Studio loading screen and in the footer of the sub pages of the website.
