Usually I avoid other character creators because I don't want to risk unintentionally copying anything. BUT lately I played Miitopia on the Nintendo Switch and the included mii editor is a lot of fun! You can only edit the face but Nintendo added a lot of cool ways how to combine shapes. Unfortunately hair and beards are very limited and you can only use up to 100 parts, but it's still exciting to see what's possible. I started this "horror movie villain" collection:
