After the submission phase on the 20th of the month all pictures show up in a public vote. Then you decide which used the SP-Studio in the most skillful way. You can upoload any character that was made up by you. So the only rule is that it should not be based on an existing person \/ character (no matter if fictional, dead or alive). But you are allowed to use an existing universe like Marvel or South Park for your own character to live in. When uploading your picture you can add a description about your characters so we can get to know them better &#8211; but that&#8217;s optional.<\/p>\n<p><!--\n\n<h2 id=\"rul\" style=\"text-align: center; margin-top: 25px;\">RULES FOR VOTING<\/h2>\n\n\n\nEverybody can vote for their favourite pictures after the submission phase for a contest is over. Please stay fair. This is no popularity contest, so don't tell your friends to vote for you. Do not vote multiple times under different names. Cheaters will be disqualified. In addition to the public vote a jury was introduced in May 2023. The jury members' votes count x2,5 for the final results. They were selected by Janina because they are active and trustworthy members of the community and experienced SP Studio artists. They know the SP-Studio and the contests very well. So they have a good eye for how much skill and creativity went into a picture. This is often difficult for newcomers to assess. Unfortunately, there have been cases where pictures ranked high only because they were inspired by a popular franchise. Therefore the jury vote was introduced to make the final result fairer.
