After the submission phase on the 20th of the month all pictures show up in a public vote. Then you decide which used the SP-Studio in the most skillful way. Your inspiration can be a picture of a historic event or a portrait or even a meme, but it must be an actual photo (not taken from a video). The challenge is to stay as close to it as you can when you try to recreate it with the SP-Studio. You are allowed to only show a part of the original picture. Obviously no OCs are allowed this time. Please avoid graphic pictures of dead bodies or naked children, even if there are famous photos from history with this content. Please stay fair. This is no popularity contest, so don't tell your friends to vote for you. Do not vote multiple times under different names. Cheaters will be disqualified. In addition to the public vote a jury was introduced in May 2023. The jury members' votes count x2,5 for the final results. They were selected by Janina because they are active and trustworthy members of the community and experienced SP Studio artists. They know the SP-Studio and the contests very well. So they have a good eye for how much skill and creativity went into a picture. This is often difficult for newcomers to assess. Unfortunately, there have been cases where pictures ranked high only because they were inspired by a popular franchise. Therefore the jury vote was introduced to make the final result fairer.
