Copy items in my forum

No, sorry. I would allow to copy about 10 or 20 items, but not 120. But there is one bigger problem:

If you want to use them for a shop, this is impossible because of the copyrights for "South Park". The SP-Studio pictures are only possible to use for non commercial projects (private forums, school projects, Birthday cards,...). Not for shops. The reason is that many parts are inspired by the tv show "South Park". Even though I draw everything myself they partly hold the copyrights as well.

Sorry for the bad news, but I hope you find other ways. It would be best to draw your own objects, because then you have no trouble with the copyrights.

It is not my choice. Using the pictures for a shop would be against the law - even if I'd allow it. My permission would be useless if Comedy Central wants to sue you, because it is Fan Art for South Park.

I would like to help you, but as I explained I cannot. If you think this is stupid you can only complain to Comedy Central.

I wanted to earn money with the pictures myself by including a shop with T-Shirts. But Comedy Central does not allow it. Even I am not allowed to use my own SP-Studio drawings for a shop. Believe me, I am sad about this as well . But they have the power, they own the show.
Sometimes even if you create something you cannot do everything you want... this is the problem with fan art.

Things would be different if the pictures would not be based on South Park.

God Dammit, Dude! Haven't Janina made herself clear about it? SP-Studio assets are not for commercial use! End of story, get over it. Seriously, if Janina owned copyrights to South Park, she surely let you use the objects in your store, but she doesn't own the rights, so she can't give you permission to make money out of something she doesn't own, no matter how much you'll whine about it. SP-Studio is a non-profit fansite, and using it's elements for commercial purposes is against the law, do you understand? IT IS ILLEGAL!!!

Maybe this is a misunderstanding, but you wrote it is for a "shop", which means it is used on a commercial website (= shop). If this is the case, Comedy Central does not allow it.
Can you share the link to the website, so I can have a look? Then I can tell you for sure if there would be legal problems or not.

Can I use (copy) my forum off 10/15 items?

This sounds strange... but let's do it this way:
As I mentioned you can copy up to 20 SP-Studio items, but not more (with a link to www.sp-studio.de). When the website is finished please show it, so I can check if it is a commercial project or not. I have to do this because of Comedy Central, just to be sure.
