These are a couple of examples I had scanned of what I do when I have to attend to boring conferences, presentations, courses, and so... and I have at hand paper and pencil to take notes...

This is REALLY good! You seem to have a good eye for the proportions of the characters.

Another one I've found... This time a sketch for a 1/6 scale model head of Conan the Barbarian, in my own interpretation after reading the original novels by Robert E. Howard.
