Who else is watching this great show?
The second season just aired here, so I had the chance to catch up. I am starting to become a real fan! The actors are amazing and the scripts are really clever. It's exciting with the right amount of humour.
I am not even interested in watching the Hollywood movies now, I just want more episodes of Sherlock NOW :D.

I've been meaning to watch it for a while now.

It can't possibly take very long to watch all the episodes, can it? :P

I just started watching it as well, Benedict Cumberbatch is a great Sherlock, better than Robert Downey jr. in my opinion. Have you watched the finale of season 2 yet? Such an amazing episode, a lot of questions left unanswered. And I heard they've started filming season three now. Can't wait!
...That was a lie.

At least, the seasons are short enough! :D

The characters are generally well developed and it's full of references to Conan Doyle's tales.

¿Robert Downey as Holmes?... :puke:

I loved this new season :).

Maybe they could have focused a little bit more on the cases, and sometimes it might have been a little too much "fan service". But the scripts were great and clever as always, the funny parts funny as hell and the emotional parts very touching.

Just watched the first episode of season three. I loved the way they played around with
Spoiler: show
the ways that Sherlock could have survived the jump from the rooftop. Each time it seems like it was the real thing, making you think, "Oh, that's a bit lame" - and then it cuts to another character mocking how implausible that idea is.

And then, of course, when you find out how he really pulled it off, you want to stand up and applaud.

It's weird... I've always *sort of* liked Mark Gatiss and Steven Moffat before (I thought The League of Gentlemen and Coupling were often great but just as often a bit cringeworthy, and the new Doctor Who flits between mildly entertaining and downright unwatchable) but they've really nailed it with this one. Every episode up till now has been excellent in just about every way.
