No, it is not edited.
You can make the arm look extended by taking a hair extension and matching it to the character's skin tone.
Then you hide the original arm by covering it with an item with the same color as the background.
The same thing goes for the eyes.
It's all a matter of moving items and changing their colors.
And no, I did not make this.
I'm just defending the artist who made this picture.

not bad! reminds me to an picture of Dirk Nowizki I made for the who's it Game, but never posted it. because i never have a chance in a game i started myself...
